THE MANAGER
DIXA is managed by DIXA Asset Management, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company organized in October 2021 pursuant to a Management Agreement. The Manager and their principals consists of structured real estate, mortgage origination, fund management, finance and real estate professionals.
The management team provides asset selection, management, origination, marketing, investor relations and other administrative services on DIXA’s behalf with the goal of maximizing the cash flow, profitability and long-term interest holders value. This combination of real estate mortgage origination, management and finance experience is a critical competitive advantage.
